About the Role

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to map business workflows, define API interactions, and prepare requirements for the software development pod.
Duration: Until December , to start
Location: 3-4 days/week onsite in Brampton
Responsibilities:
Map business processes and workflows to system capabilities
Analyze backend data sources to determine appropriate inputs for promotional metrics
Define source-to-target mappings and transformation logic
Interpret API documentation and understand endpoint functionality
Prepare structured documentation to support Product Owners in creating technical tickets
Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve data issues
Support ongoing data validation and quality initiatives
Must Haves:
