About the Role

Our client is Canada's largest retailer. They are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong data expertise to drive AI/ML-driven capabilities, measurement frameworks, and productionized data models. 
This is a highly technical, data-intensive role requiring strong SQL and the ability to translate business objectives into structured data requirements.
Duration: Until December , to start
Location: 3-4 days/week onsite in Brampton
Responsibilities:
Translate merchant and marketing business needs into structured data requirements
Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to productionize ML models and analytics solutions
Define data elements, metrics, calculations, and measurement frameworks
Perform complex data mapping and source-to-target documentation
Support model measurement, statistical interpretation, and KPI tracking
