Participate in walkthroughs with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop, update, and validate comprehensive end to end L/L workflows, ensuring documentation accurately reflects future state operating models. Analyze workflows to identify, document, and assess key operational and fraud controls, facilitating alignment between process documentation and control design and ensuring controls are appropriately embedded within documented workflows.
