About the role:
This role will be responsible for assisting Information and Data Services (IDS) in leading, documenting and in some cases, establishing business processes to drive overall business performance and customer value. IDS have commenced multiyear strategies across structured and un-structured data, delivering a variety of information products across the business. this role will analyse business processes, workflows, and key value chain touch points, to support the business in the establishment and refinement of core operational processes.
