About the Role
1.Work with Dynamics 365 and Power Apps to analyze, design, and implement business
solutions
2. Manage Hyper Care incident processes, ensuring timely resolution of critical issues
3. Coordinate between developers, testers, and product owners throughout the project
lifecycle
4. Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications
5. Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes
6. Create and maintain project documentation, including process flows and user stories
7. Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
8. Provide training and support to end-users on new features and processes
9. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
10. Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and Power Apps capabilities and best practices
