KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives to drive growth and revenue;Identify and target new prospects and generate demand through inside sales and direct client contact;Manage the overall retention process for current accounts;Manage proposal content and sales presentations;Build sales pipelines, research new accounts, and design lead-generation campaigns;Oversee the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and financial objectives;Develop and manage the business development team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
