We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Banking and Financial Services to spearhead a critical global migration from SAP to Workday.
In this high-visibility role, you will serve as the bridge between technical execution and executive vision, ensuring our payroll ecosystem is compliant, efficient, and future-ready.
Responsibilities
System Transformation: Lead the functional design and gap analysis as we transition legacy payroll processes from SAP to Workday, ensuring zero-defect delivery.
Stakeholder Diplomacy: Act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, IT, and Senior Executives. You must be comfortable challenging the status quo and managing expectations at the VP/SVP level.
