About the role
NetCracker Technology is seeking a Senior OSS Business Analyst with strong expertise in Resource Inventory and Service Orchestration for different Telecom network domains (IP/MPLS, DWDM, MW) for B2B and B2C services. In this role, you will act as a customer-facing expert, driving the identification of solution and product requirements throughout the analysis, design, implementation, training, and testing phases of projects.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify, collect, clarify, and organize functional requirements for new solution features and change requests

Develop system use cases and information models for product, service, and resource management domains within OSS/BSS products
