About the Role

The opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Lead the gathering of complex business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of needs related to Talent systems, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and data integration

Process Engineering/Optimization: Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization, and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
