TheDriveGroup have partnered with a large Australian brand who are going through a huge Payroll Transformation. This is for a Senior Business Analyst to join the team to look at functional design and system configuration specification and validation. Look at business processes, requirements, and procedure definition. This will be a 2 year Transformation offering support to a Senior BA who will also offer mentorship. To be successful you MUST HAVE:

• Business Analyst experience
• End-to-End Payroll Transformation experience
• Payroll System Implementation
• Functional Design and system configuration
• Change Management exposure 
• Working with Vendors
• Strong documentation, requirement gathering
• Strong stakeholder management
