– Business Systems Analyst (Mainframe + Credit Cards Domain)Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 months + possible extension
Rate: $50- $60
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong experience in Mainframe systems, API integration, and the Credit Cards domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with technology and business teams to translate requirements, support system enhancements, and ensure successful delivery within a SaFe Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for Mainframe and API‑based projects.
Work with cross‑functional teams to support credit card systems, processes, and enhancements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for development and QA teams.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (PI planning, stand-ups, refinements, retros).
