About the Role
A leading BPO company is seeking an experienced BPO Trainer in Mexico City to support inbound operations. The ideal candidate must have over 3 years of experience in training and a strong BPO background. Responsibilities include delivering training for inbound customer support agents, facilitating onboarding, and adapting content to meet operational standards. Strong communication skills and advanced English proficiency (C1) are required. This full-time position offers $10.20 an hour, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 6 PM Central time.
