We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper with strong US GAAP experience to support fast-growing US-based small and mid-sized businesses. This role requires hands-on ownership of full-cycle bookkeeping, month-end close, and financial reporting, while collaborating directly with US stakeholders.
You will be responsible for maintaining clean, audit-ready books and ensuring accurate financial reporting that enables strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle bookkeeping under US GAAP
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations (daily/weekly/monthly)
Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, adjustments, depreciation)
Lead month-end and year-end close processes
