Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality classic and contemporary cocktails.


• Assist with bar setup, opening procedures, and pre‑opening preparations.


• Maintain consistency, presentation, and timing during service.


• Demonstrate strong knowledge of liquor, wine, beer, and cocktail theory/formula.


• Contribute creatively to cocktail development and menu design.


• Support training of other staff and provide leadership during bar service when required.


• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper bar setup.


• Assist with inventory control and product handling.


• Operate POS systems (Toast or similar) accurately and efficiently.
