Senior Backend Engineer (TypeScript / Node.js, AWS, Kafka)
We’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to work on highly reliable, distributed systems, including migrating legacy C# / .NET services to TypeScript (Node.js).
Requirements (non-negotiable):
- EU-based
- Immediately available
What you’ll do:
- Migrate and modernise C# / .NET backend services to TypeScript / Node.js
- Build event-driven systems using Kafka
- Design and operate production systems on AWS
- Own reliability: failure modes, retries, monitoring, resilience
What we’re looking for:
- Senior backend experience
- Strong TypeScript / Node.js
- Solid AWS experience
- Hands-on Kafka
- C# / .NET background (important for this role)
