About the Role
- 4–8+ years of backend engineering experience. Strong in architecture design
- Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI / Django / Flask or similar frameworks)
- Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure).
- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, etc.)
- Understanding of system design, performance optimization, and security best practices
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments preferred
