Senior Backend Engineer (Founding Team)

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain backend solutions using Java Spring / Spring Boot
• Support applications deployed in Kubernetes and AWS‑based cloud environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot Jenkins pipelines and GitLab CI/CD workflows
• Contribute to scripting and automation tasks as needed (Python or similar)
• Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams on platform‑related activities
• Adapt to changing client priorities and a broad range of technical requests

What we’re looking for:

• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes (clusters, pods, deployments, troubleshooting)
• Familiarity with AWS services: EKS, IAM, Parameter Store, Secrets Manager, Security Groups
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines and GitLab CI/CD
• Basic understanding of Terraform and IaC concepts
