About the Role
- Lead or support requirement analysis, solution design, and workshops within the assigned functional domain.
- Partner with Stream Leads and Business Analysts to define scope and challenge requirements where necessary to ensure business value and cost‑optimal solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive functional and technical design documentation for new features and enhancements.
- Perform coding, configuration, and unit testing for assigned work packages.
- Act as the primary contact for technical queries and support consulting projects or customer workshops.
- Track progress, identify risks, and elevate issues promptly to the Lead Developer, Stream Lead, or Project Manager.
- Provide deep subject‑matter expertise and help resolve requirement or solution gaps.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentor junior developers when required.
