**Job Description Summary**
The Senior Automation Specialist is responsible for supporting the Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives in GBS organization by assessing, designing and developing tools, databases and automations for internal company use.

**Main responsibilities will include:**
+ Automate financial and non-financial company processes
+ Develop tools, databases, and macro-based automations for internal company use
+ Perform automation assessments to identify the best technology fit based on ROI
+ Assess, design, and implement tools, databases, and macro-based automations for development
+ Manage the internal automation lifecycle from assessment to production deployment by proposing and coordinating process changes to deliver optimal solutions in the GBS organization
+ Execute ad-hoc improvement requests
