Role Overview
This is a hands‑on senior engineering role focused on modern Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) environments, Windows‑based collaboration endpoints, and next‑generation AV technologies. The team is split and overloaded, and we’re looking for someone who can step in with real experience, take ownership, and help drive multiple projects forward. You will work across AV engineering, standards development, endpoint certification, and room modernization initiatives, ensuring all components—Crestron, Q‑SYS, Windows‑based MTRs, DSPs, networking, and auxiliary devices—work together seamlessly.
