Title: Sr ATE Testing Engineer

Exp: 8 - 10 yrs

Location: Bangalore

• Experience in post silicon validation, product engineering, characterization, qualifications and certification of Mixed Signal SoCs and high Power discrete components on ATE level and bench level ensuring efficient workflow, timely completion of our Products in Automobile, Industrial and Energy Segment.

Must have Skills:

• Hands on Experience in device debug and characterization on ATE such as Eagle, Teradyne, Advantest, Accotest platform.
• Design and development of all hardware needed for ATE and Qualification development such as Probe Card, Load board, Burn-in hardware , ESD/LU board , identify the Right test sockets etc.
• Develop comprehensive test plans for electronics certification projects as per AEC-Q100/JEDEC standard and ensuring accurate execution and documentation of results.
