Senior associate - valuation

As a Senior Associate, you will:
- Primary activities will focus on the valuation of businesses, business interests, and intangible assets for ASC 350, ASC 360, ASC 718/409 A, ASC 820 and ASC 805, real estate, complex securities and embedded derivatives; estate and gift tax and charitable contributions for tax and financial reporting purposes.
- Analyze historical financial and operating results of target companies to explain business trends and identify risks
- Analyze and challenge assumptions related to future financial projections
- Assist in the development of discount rates (WACC, IRR, WARA, etc.)
- Conduct financial statement analysis (e.g., common size analysis, ratio analysis, trend analysis, and industry comparative analysis)
- Perform market/industry research and develop industry growth estimates
- Construct and review valuation and other financial models
