The securitisation practice has been a Band 1 Chambers ranked practice for well over 10 years, recognised as one of the leading securitisation practices in the Australian market. 

As a Senior Associate in this high-performing team, you will work on transactions and matters for a variety of clients including regular issuers, arrangers, warehouse funders, trustees and other participants. You will play a lead role in the drafting, review, and negotiation of finance documents, driving matter strategy, and engaging directly with clients.
