Your role at a glance

First line of defense against all operational threats of our data centres. You form the backbone of our operations team to ensure that our facilities are operational 24/7. At the frontline, our shift team is tasked with managing and operating all mission critical systems in our data centres. To achieve maximum uptime of our equipment, inspect and maintain them with utmost care. We are also the first responders to any incident that may put the performance of our facilities at risk.
