As a member of the leadership team at WW+P, you will have the opportunity to drive the growth of our planning practice. With over 11 years of experience in urban planning, you will lead projects independently while fostering relationships built on trust and strategic insight. This position is vital for contributing to business development and maintaining our studio's vibrant culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor a diverse team of planners at various levels
• Lead independent project execution with minimal Principal involvement
• Cultivate strong client relationships and provide strategic advice
• Support business development by preparing compelling proposals
• Promote a positive studio culture through events and activities
Requirements:
• Degree in Planning or equivalent experience
