Lendlease Japan is searching for a Senior AssetManager to support our Real Estate Fund business. This role is responsible for asset management for existing projects, active contribution to the expansion of the portfolio, maintaining transparent communication with clients, the execution of detailed financial modelling, comprehensive research and analysis, and the ongoing evaluation of investment performance. The successful candidate will be deeply involved in day-to-day analytical activities and will serve as a technical expert in investment modelling—not as a people manager, but as an experienced professional who independently drives high-quality investment insights and execution.
