Senior Architecture Technical Office

• Lead the architectural technical office team and assign tasks across various projects.
• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, details, and coordination layouts.
• Ensure compliance with design standards, codes, and client requirements.
•  Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.
•  Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects and draftsmen.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project managers regarding design clarifications and approvals.
•  Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of technical documents.
• Ensure adherence to quality, accuracy, and consistency across all architectural outputs.
