Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in architecture.
- At least 7 years of experience in Design & Build projects.
- MMUP Grade A certification is mandatory.
- Maximum age: 55 years.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and coordination activities for Design & Build projects.
- Develop and review concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
