Senior Applications Engineer

As a Senior Applications Engineer at TSS, you will be working closely with our sales and engineering teams to support customer engagements. The right candidate will have a combination of technical & problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer success. This candidate will rise to meet the deep technical challenges of our customers, both at an individual level and through the mentorship and guidance of junior staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide technical expertise and account management across the life cycle of TSS IP licensing engagements: pre-silicon integration; synthesis and PnR; packaging and platform development; post-silicon bring-up, and production.
• Manage incoming customer issues: triage problems; co-ordinate debugging across Applications and Design engineering teams; develop custom firmware for debugging and workarounds; drive issues to resolution.
