Senior Application Support Specialist

We are seeking a bilingual Application Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance and quality assurance for the ECIS TRIRIGA platform. This role bridges the gap between end-user support and technical project delivery. You will manage help desk operations in both English and French, conduct functional testing for system enhancements, and collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful deployment of defect fixes and change requests within an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) environment.

Pay Rate: $281.67-$321.92/Diem
