Job Summary
- Support and contribute to the growth of coating business by technical service request (lab work, demonstration material, sales tools and related activities based on customer and market requirements
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Test and benchmark customer samples, supplier or competitor products. Test given grades in guiding formulations, adjust guiding formulations to customer specific needs and requirements.
- Prepare promotional materials for sales and technical marketing. Support technical training.
- Planning of efficient lab job scheduler and procedures.
- Carry out qualified results for market support, tech service tasks. Seek solutions by experience or creative way.
- Communicate frequently with sales & technical marketing - TSR job update and seek feedback. Contact TSR requestors for TSR related information collecting. 
- Customer visit and provide onsite technical solutions smartly.
