Senior API Developer

We're currently looking for a Senior API Developer to join our financial services client in Sydney on an initlal 6 month contract. Our client has a major transformation program underway for the next 3 years and a significant pipeline of engineering work during that period.

They are ideally looking for an experienced engineer with a strong background in application development on complex, scaled systems hosted on GCP.

Skills & Experience:

• Significant experience of web technologies, languages & frameworks is critical - Typescript, NodeJS
• Experience building and operating scalable solutions in GCP, Cloud run type environments.
• Experience working on high performance APIs.
• Experienced working with event driven design or distributed systems beneficial.
• Experienced developing in CI/CD environment.
