About the Role
Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience and strong exposure to automation and testing. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, development, and QA teams to gather requirements, ensure testability, and support automation initiatives across projects.Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
- Collaborate with QA teams to define test strategies and automation scope.
- Review and validate test cases, automation coverage, and defect reports.
- Ensure requirements traceability and support UAT activities.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming sessions.
- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience supporting test automation (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
