Our infrastructure client is looking to add a Senior AP Specialist to their team. The AP Specialist with be the lead on a team of 2 accounts payable professionals, and responsible for full-cycle, capital expenditure payable processing. If you are in the market, and have experience with high-volume Capex, accounts payable, this could be an exciting opportunity work with a tightly knit team.

Responsibilities
- Accurately code invoices
- Accounts payables for capital expenditure, percentage of completion, and contract review
- Follow up with managers to ensure approval/timely payments
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure accounts receivable and collections are reflected through accounts payable invoices
- Journal entries, and cash management
