Your Role
As Senior Anti‑Financial Crime (AFC) Manager, you are responsible for the effective operation, coordination and continuous enhancement of 360T's Anti‑Financial Crime framework. You act as a senior subject‑matter expert across AML/CTF, sanctions, fraud prevention, and related financial crime risks, supporting the MLRO and senior Compliance management in safeguarding 360T’s regulatory integrity.In this role, you combine strategic oversight with hands‑on operational involvement. You serve as a senior escalation point for complex AFC matters, advise business and management on financial crime risks, and contribute to governance, risk assessment and control effectiveness across the organization.
