**What The Role Is**

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Tax Planning, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Senior Manager for all tax planning activities, including US federal and state income tax, transaction tax return support, cash tax optimization, credits and incentives, and transaction diligence.

**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Calculate tax basis, 704(b) capital accounts, and transaction-related impacts while explaining the impacts for tax compliance.
+ Preparation of memos and presentations to document diligence and transactions.
