Senior Analyst - Resilience Risk Management

## Role profile:The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Director of Resilience Risk Management (RRM) and will play a leading role in driving the delivery of Operational Resilience (OpRes) outcomes across Digital Securities and Markets (DSM). As part of the first line of defence, RRM holds the responsibility for resilience risk, partnering closely with the Accountable Executives (AE) and Business Service Managers (BSM) across each product line to identify, assess, and remediate risks while ensuring full Regulatory compliance.In this role, the Senior Analyst will take end‑to‑end ownership of key resilience activities and programmes, ensuring the effective delivery, oversight, and governance of all RRM initiatives and BAU resilience responsibilities.
