Job Title: Senior Analyst Programmer - TIBCO

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa (Hybrid - 3x per week RTO)

Mode of Hiring: Contract (6 months Extendable)

Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities and Duties

The Sr. TIBCO Analyst will be mainly responsible for providing analysis and programming, and support to clients. The resource will work in a team environment with responsibility for the on-time delivery of multiple customer projects, maintaining communication with the applications IT customers keeping them updated with the status of their requests and proactively escalating any issues that cannot be resolved within the established SLA's.

Support

• Provide support primarily using TIBCO Technology
• Troubleshoot existing export jobs (SQL Server + SSIS, Oracle)
• Report Troubleshooting, Management and Delivery (Tableau, PowerBI)
• CLX/VisionX Catalog/Pricing Management
