Senior Analyst - NAVISION Support

Senior Analyst serving a critical role in facilitating collaboration and engagement between various departments and multiple Business Units spanning multiple countries. The primary responsibility is to drive continuous improvements in all business applications, prioritizing ERP framework while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

What you will do

• Analyze ERP business needs and propose solutions that could include configuring Microsoft NAV modules, developing customizations, and changing or developing new processes, or a combination of the three.
• Assist the business to use Microsoft Dynamics NAV to analyze business processes and ensure they are running as efficiently as possible while utilizing industry best practices to promote user self-sufficiency on the NAV system.
• Collaborate with developers to implement new functionalities and project deliverables, ensuring proper testing and user training.
