Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct structured outbound calls and professional email outreach to contractors, architects, owners, and other project stakeholders to validate and collect complex project information.
• Review, interpret, and synthesize information from a wide range of sources, including permits, RFPs, specifications, zoning documents, plans & specifications, and external articles.
• Validate and ensure accuracy of key project attributes, including:
• Project type, stage, scope, and valuation
• Timelines, milestones, and critical dates
• Company, contact, and stakeholder roles
• Independently identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies, errors, and duplicate projects; escalate complex exceptions when required.
