- Oversee and manage the development and implementation of DevOps strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Establish guidelines and best practices for the DevOps function.
- Supervise and provide leadership to teams of engineers across multiple projects.
- Ensure effective project management and adherence to DevOps standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) initiatives.
- Set up evolve and govern new DevOps capabilities including the selection and onboarding of appropriate technologies and tools.
- Ensure projects comply with established guidelines and industry best practices.
