About the Role

Pragmatike is hiring on behalf of a confidential client for a Senior AI/ML Engineer role on a high-impact AI project.

This is a production-focused position for engineers who build real AI systems , not research prototypes or demo applications. You will work across the full AI lifecycle — from data and modeling to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement — contributing to scalable, real-world machine learning solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams to design and operate AI systems that are reliable, production-grade, and built for real users and real scale.

This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in applied AI and machine learning engineering, who is comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and owning systems end-to-end.
