Senior AI Developer

Overview
We're looking for a
Senior AI Developer
who is deeply technical, highly product focused, and motivated by real customer impact. This role is for someone who enjoys understanding messy, real world problems and building practical AI systems that improve how work gets done. You'll design, build, and own end to end AI workflows, LLM powered features, and intelligent automation that support healthcare operations at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI workflows and agent based systems used in production healthcare operations.
• Work extensively with LLMs such as OpenAI and Anthropic including prompt engineering, evaluation, tuning, and iteration.
• Build AI powered features including document processing, compliance automation, recommendations, and voice based integrations.
