Senior Agentic AI Engineer

About the Role
We are building an AI-powered platform that helps field teams engage more effectively with customers. Our platform includes real-time voice AI assistants, RAG-powered knowledge retrieval, automated conversation analysis, and intelligent document processing.
We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and own the AI systems that power this platform. You will work on stateful, multi-step AI services that reason over documents, conduct real-time voice conversations, analyze dialogues, and execute tool-augmented workflows — all in production at scale.
This is not a research role. You will ship production AI systems that directly impact how teams operate.
