POSITION SUMMARY
 This position is in anticipation of a contract award. Please note the location of this position will be in Oman full-time. The Senior Advisor shall provide expert guidance and provide the advice and technical assistance needed to develop, implement, and sustain cyber reforms and policies at the EDD under COSSAF. The Senior Advisor shall also advise COSSAF and support effective interagency coordination on cybersecurity within the Government of Oman.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with defining the cyber roles and responsibilities of COSSAF leadership, the EDD, and, upon partner request and in coordination with Embassy Muscat, other Omani Armed Forces entities.
Assist COSSAF and the EDD with development of validated technical requirements for cyber operations that are used to inform long-term resource planning.
