Job Summary
To conduct and supervise account payable functions while ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Being responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including but not limited to verifying & matching invoices to receivers, check requests, expense reports, and following company procedures.
Assisting with day-to-day account problem-solving by providing guidance to the junior team and raising issues and solutions for the senior team. Dig in and figure out how to work around problems.
Performing and Control month-end closing process of financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of expenses according to a timely manner.
