Your responsibilities and duties include, but not limited to:
Accounting Management
Handle full sets of accounts including receivable, client settlement, month-end journal entries, bank reconciliation, tax provision etcVerify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.Responsible for the data entry, update and records maintenance in the ERP systemManage and monitor the AR/AP, cash and bank balancesManage and monitor T& E systemSupport monthly financial accounts closings and management reportingContribute to the annual financial statements (social & consolidate accounts)Prepare the quarterly treasury reports: Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challengesManagement of internal and external relationship
