About the Role

Responsibilities:
Account management: owns full technical sales cycle. Lead design-in activities. Collaborate with R&D on customer product requirements. Develop detail account plans and customer engagement strategy, stay closely on top of key design projects, achieve DIN/DWIN goals, resolve any critical issues or road blocks. Organize executive and business meetings to build strong customer relationships and align customer roadmaps and address any support needs, manage forecast and backlog related business planning. （25%）
Account maintenance: maintain detail account plans, update once a quarter customer roadmap, org-chart, contacts, challenges, long-term revenue projection and competitor status. （25%）
Manage communication: Communicate customer expectation and requirements to internal marketing and engineering team. Collecting feedback from internal stakeholders and communicate set accurate customer expectations. (15%)
