Job Description

SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to support our Commercial Fragrance division. You will be responsible to drive sustainable profitable sales & IFF market share growth by identifying the customer needs& opportunities, establishing/building solid customer relationship, leading & coordinating IFF activities and promoting/selling relevant IFF fragrance solutions for customers.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEAD:
• Understand specific market, customer environment (activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers via multi-source), and customer decision making criteria; as well as contribute to strategic commercial negotiation)
• Identify prospect & customer opportunities; develop, communicate & execute high quality account plans, and review account plan annually as part of ideation process
