About the Role
The purpose of this role is to assist the team in their day to day duties and coordination of campaigns and initiativesServe as a key point of contact for Clients on daily project matters, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Support the Account Manager (AM) in managing client expectations and delivering timely updates. Help identify client needs and proactively escalate challenges or opportunities to senior team members. Maintain professional and positive relationships with Clients, participating in client meetings and entertainment activities when necessary. Liaise with suppliers, production partners, and other third-party vendors to ensure deliverables meet required standards and timelines. Monitor progress and flag any issues to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
